Figure Skating
- Bridging Bridging - runs October to March
Bridging is a program designed to help your skater take the next step toward the Skate Canada's StarSkate program. This group of advanced CanSkaters has 2 - 1 hour group lessons weekly plus an 1 1/2 hours of ice time weekly to practice individually and/or received private lessons. These skaters learn skills from the CanSkate program badges 4 to 7and still earn these badges while incorporating an opportunity to learn programs (or routines) and compete if they wish. Coaches will focus on improving the fundamentals of skating forwards, backwards, turning, stopping, spinning and jumping.
Skaters are suggested for placement in this program by club coaches and may move from the CanSkate program at any time during the year. Bridging registration is found on our StarSkate registration form
- StarSkate
- STARSkate offers opportunities to develop figure skating skills in four different areas: Freeskate, Skills, Dance and Interpretive. Skaters spend much more time on the ice learning skills. Lessons are booked with professional coaches and are paid for seperately from ice fees. Skaters are able to compete and work toward achieving test levels

Stroking Program
This program is an all-round stroking program. The exercises incorporated into the stroking program will focus on edges and turns, balance and agility, strength and endurance as well as creative movement.

- CompetitiveSkate incorporates a series of tests and other training opportunities to help competitors with potential to advance.
- Skating Development
- Skating Development includes Talent Identification, athlete monitoring, and Section and National Youth Camps.
- CollegiateSkate
- CollegiateSkate offers customized opportunities for high school and university student athletes.
